1. Air source heat pump water heaters are highly automated devices. Regularly check the unit's status during use. Long-term, effective maintenance will significantly improve the unit's reliability and lifespan.
2. Regularly check the power supply and electrical system wiring of the air source heat pump water heater to ensure they are secure and that electrical components are functioning correctly. Repair or replace any faulty components promptly.
3. Clean the external water filter regularly to ensure clean water quality and prevent damage to the unit due to filter clogging.
4. Do not pile up debris around the unit to avoid blocking the air inlet and outlet. Keep the area around the unit clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
5. Users should note the following when using and maintaining the air source heat pump unit: All safety protection devices are pre-set at the factory; do not disassemble or adjust them yourself.
6. Regularly check the water system's water supply, water tank safety valve, level controller, and venting device to ensure they are functioning properly. This prevents air from entering the system, reducing water circulation and affecting the unit's heating capacity and operational reliability.
7. Regularly check the operation of all unit components, inspect internal pipe joints and charging valves for oil stains, and ensure there are no refrigerant leaks.
8. Keep the area around the unit clean, dry, and well-ventilated. Clean the air-side heat exchanger annually to maintain optimal heat exchange efficiency.
9. Check the water pump and water valves for proper function, and check for leaks in water pipes and joints.
10. For cleaning the main unit's condenser, we recommend using a 15% hot phosphoric acid solution (50℃-60℃) every two years. Start the main unit's built-in circulating water pump and clean for 3 hours, then rinse three times with tap water. Prepare the connection points for cleaning. Do not use corrosive cleaning solutions to clean the condenser.
11. If the downtime is extended, drain the water from the unit's piping, disconnect the power supply, and cover it with a protective cover. Before restarting, perform a comprehensive system check.
12. If the actual outlet water temperature of the air source heat pump water heater differs from the value displayed on the unit's control panel, check if the temperature sensor is making good contact.
13. The water tank needs to be cleaned to remove scale after a period of use (generally 3 months, depending on local water quality).
14. If the unit malfunctions and the user cannot resolve the issue, please promptly report it to the after-sales service department and provide the fault code so that personnel can be dispatched for repairs.
