Swimming Pool Equipment Implementation Standards
The implementation standards for swimming pool equipment are mainly based on national mandatory standards and relevant industry specifications, covering aspects such as safety, hygiene, intelligence, and structure.
Two national mandatory standards will officially come into effect on September 1, 2026, imposing higher technical requirements on swimming pool equipment:
GB 4706.114-2026 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances – Part 2-114: Particular requirements for drinking water treatment devices"
Requires water-contact materials to meet food-grade hygiene standards; Pressure-bearing components must have pressure resistance and explosion-proof capabilities; Equipped with automatic protection functions for abnormal operating conditions (such as overvoltage, dry burning, leakage, etc.).
GB 4706.120-2026 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances – Part 2-120: Particular Requirements for Ultraviolet Radiation Water Treatment Appliances"
