15th National Games Constant-Temperature Swimming Pool Project – A National-Level Benchmark Facility
The project is located in the core area of a comprehensive training hall on the first floor, featuring a 50m × 25m, 10-lane international standard competition pool, strictly aligned with FINA international competition standards. It will host swimming events for the modern pentathlon at the National Games as well as swimming events for the Paralympic Special Games, and will later serve both professional training and public fitness purposes.
The project is characterized by high-standard competitive functionality, green low-carbon technologies, and post-event sustainable utilization. The water turbidity is controlled at ≤0.5 NTU to meet high-definition broadcast requirements, and a medium-pressure ultraviolet disinfection system is used to ensure athlete health.
During construction, challenges such as limited basement mechanical room space, difficulty in lifting large equipment, three-dimensional coordination of large-diameter pipelines, and complex multi-disciplinary cross operations were overcome. The project was completed to the highest national competition standards, demonstrating Qiaoyi's strong technical capability as an excellent engineering contractor.
Ersha Sports Training Center Project – A Model for Professional Athletic Training Facilities
As a supporting project for a national athlete training base, this project focuses on the procurement and installation of water treatment equipment for an outdoor standard swimming pool. It features competition-level water quality assurance, intelligent operation and maintenance, and renovation with reuse of existing assets.
The system adopts a counter-current circulation mode, ensuring stable water temperature between 26–28°C to meet competitive standards. It is equipped with a five-parameter online monitoring system, enabling fully automated closed-loop water quality control and ensuring clarity and stability under high-intensity training conditions.
Facing challenges such as stringent water quality requirements, pipeline layout conflicts involving large-diameter pipes, site constraints, and secondary equipment assembly, Qiaoyi implemented refined electromechanical installation techniques, balancing asset reuse with energy efficiency improvements, and delivered a professional-grade swimming pool water treatment benchmark, demonstrating its precision engineering service capability.
Xinyu Fairy Lake Hot Spring Project, Jiangxi – A Premium Tourism and Hot Spring Complex
Located in the Fairy Lake Scenic Area, the project leverages deep geothermal hot spring resources and adopts the FOEPC model for renovation of existing structures. It integrates multiple functions including constant-temperature swimming pools, water parks, and various hot spring pools.
Situated between mountains and lakes, the underground equipment space is highly constrained, requiring extremely high standards for pipeline planning and equipment miniaturization.
Qiaoyi overcame technical challenges including complex terrain pipeline installation, heat loss control, multi-pool water circulation and thermal balance debugging, and three-dimensional pipeline routing coordination, achieving stable multi-system operation and creating a benchmark for high-end hot spring resort water environment complexes, showcasing strong integrated engineering capability and customized service strength.
